A project conceived by the late Peter Campbell, Director of the Plateau Cultural Center, Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. IES Group worked collaboratively with Peter and the American Indian Cultural Council of the Northwest Museum of Arts and Council to develop a concept to use web-based tools to document the history and culture of the Plateau tribes through each tribes perspective along the digitization of the large collection of objects and archives held in stewardship by the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture.

IES Group documented the concept for the project, and found funding for the project through an appropriation by the U.S. Department of Education. The web based tool allows tribal members to document in their own words and perspective the history of the plateau tribes. The project also allows teachers and others to use the tool for educational proposes to learn more about their tribes history and culture. The Alaska Native Heritage Center was a part of this project.
